SNAP Rotary Clock Insertion
GUI
Overview
Rotary clock is
an exciting new technology invented by MultiGIG. Rotary clock
changes the problem
definition from "distributing the clock" "distributed
generation of Clock". The rotary clock can be deployed
in a number or ways with frequency range of 100 Mhz to practically
no upper limit. Depending on how
rotary clock is deployed, one can achieve nearly zero skew with
power dissipation savings which may
amount to couple of orders of magniture.
Our deployment
of rotary clock tool is integrated with specialized algorithms
and timing analysis
along with accurate back annotation from third-party extraction
and cirtuit simulation tools.
